Christa Elza, NP
Founder and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. Christa brings 26 years in medicine, including a decade as an emergency and critical care nurse. She is functional medicine certified and driven by cardiovascular prevention. Her work centers on heart health, hormones, metabolism, and longevity. She uses deeper testing to find what standard panels miss and builds each plan around your own labs, history, and goals.
Christy Music
Patient Care Coordinator. Christy spent 12 years in education as a teacher, coach, and fitness instructor before joining Elive Health. She keeps your care organized from your first call through every follow-up, and she brings the warmth and patience that make our office feel welcoming.
Hailey Acosta, RN, BSN
Registered Nurse. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and brings a strong foundation in emergency and perioperative care. Patients know her for her calm, attentive bedside manner. At Elive Health she supports patients through preventive therapies and education at every step.
Beth Bizer, LVN
Office Manager and Licensed Vocational Nurse. Beth brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare. For the past decade she has focused on preventive health, leading wellness retreats and workshops. At Elive Health she pairs her clinical expertise with the leadership that keeps our office running smoothly for patients and staff.
